Common questions about tickets and registration

What is included in each ticket type?

Standard Ticket ($299): Access to all keynote sessions, exhibition hall, conference materials, and digital presentations.

Premium Ticket ($599): All Standard benefits plus 3 workshops, networking dinner, priority seating, conference recordings, and premium lounge access.

VIP Ticket ($999): All Premium benefits plus unlimited workshops, 3 mentor sessions, VIP lounge, speaker dinner, early presentation access, and concierge service.

What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full refund: Available until October 15, 2026 (minus a $25 processing fee)
  • 50% refund: Available from October 16 to November 1, 2026
  • No refund: After November 1, 2026
  • Ticket transfer: You can transfer your ticket to another person at no cost until November 10, 2026
  • Conference cancellation: Full refund if conference is cancelled
Are there discounts for students or non-profits?

Yes, we offer special discounted tickets for:

  • Students: 50% off Standard tickets with valid student ID
  • Non-Profit Organizations: 30% off all ticket types with proof of non-profit status
  • Academic Institutions: Special group rates for faculty and research teams

To request these discounts, please email discounts@globaltechsummit.com with verification documents.

Can I upgrade my ticket after purchase?

Yes, you can upgrade your ticket at any time before the conference. Simply contact our registration team at registration@globaltechsummit.com with your order number and the ticket type you wish to upgrade to.

You will only need to pay the difference in price between your current ticket and the upgraded ticket. Upgrades are subject to availability, especially for VIP tickets which have limited capacity.
