What is the refund policy?

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full refund: Available until October 15, 2026 (minus a $25 processing fee)
  • 50% refund: Available from October 16 to November 1, 2026
  • No refund: After November 1, 2026
  • Ticket transfer: You can transfer your ticket to another person at no cost until November 10, 2026
  • Conference cancellation: In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, all tickets will be fully refunded

As sessions run concurrently, you can only attend one session in each time slot. However, we provide several options to access content from sessions you might miss:
